Terms of Use

Effective March 15, 2025 · Last updated July 29, 2026

Overview

Vibe Coding for Educators is an online course operated by Alym Amlani, trading as alym.com, based in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Part 1 and the standalone guides are free to use. The remaining parts require a one-time purchase. By accessing this website, purchasing the course, or submitting a sign-up form, you agree to these terms.

Purchases and pricing

The paid course is sold as a single one-time purchase, currently $99 USD, processed by Stripe. All prices are in Canadian dollars; if your card is issued in another currency, your bank converts at their rate and the amount you see on your statement may differ slightly. We do not store your card details; Stripe handles all payment information.

The course is published progressively: new parts are added over time and the purchase price rises as they are released. If you have purchased the course, you receive every part released afterwards at no additional cost, regardless of the price at that time. You will never be asked to pay again or to upgrade.

“Lifetime access” means access for as long as we continue to operate the course. It is not a guarantee of a specific number of future parts, a release schedule, or perpetual operation. Announced release dates are targets and may move. If we discontinue the course entirely, we will give purchasers reasonable notice and a means to download the material they have paid for.

Refunds

If the course is not right for you, email support@alym.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and end your access to the paid parts.

Your account and access

Access to the paid parts is tied to the email address used at checkout. You can sign in with that address on any device to restore access. Please do not share your access with others โ€” the course is licensed for one person.
