Readiness check
Before we dive in, let's make sure you have everything you need. Check off each item as you go.
What you do not need
No credit card, no billing setup, and no API key. All three accounts above have free tiers that cover everything in Part 1. The one exception is an app that asks an AI to do something while your students are using it — that needs a paid key of your own once it is live, and the course flags it clearly before you get there. Most first builds do not need one.
